Whether you’re new to weight training or have been lifting for years, everyone needs a little gym pump up music from time to time. That’s especially the case when you’re trying to hit a new one rep max, finish a difficult cardio session, or grind out a heavy set of squats, bench, or deadlifts. So the next time you’re at the gym crank up one of the 5 best one rep max songs and get to work.
